Micropayment accelerates your administration

We understand business processes: That is why we offer you the perfect transmission paths and data formats for your financial accounting and tax office. Thanks to individual reports from Micropayment, you save yourself the time-consuming task of providing all the information for your administration at the end of the month.

Your payment data can be provided for all common IT solutions from SAP, Lexware, Navision or DATEV in the file formats XLS, XML, CSV and SOAP. If required, you will also receive a completely processed export for Mini-One-Stop-Shop (MOSS) for reporting EU sales tax (VATID).

The transmission is carried out according to your business requirements and can be done daily, weekly or monthly. An automatic report via e-mail or download via FTP server is just as possible as the direct export of statistics from the MicropaymentControlCenter.

All Micropayment exports comply with the legal regulations and thus provide you with legal security.

Payout simple and direct

The payment of the transactions carried out in a settlement period is made in one amount. The purpose of the payment received shows the payment ID. For each payment-ID you will also receive a payment advice note.

In your payment notification you will find detailed information about your payout amount. The payment notification will be sent by e-mail upon payment. Every single transaction can be viewed with all information in the ControlCenter.
